Membrane for alkaline water electrolysis is an advanced material developed by combining Nippon Shokubai's organic-inorganic composite technology and sheet-manufacturing technology. With its key features such as high ionic conductivity, high gas barrier properties and stability, the material can be preferably used as a diaphragm of alkaline water electrolyzer.
In addition to Alkaline type, Nippon Shokubai's technology offers critical component for Solid Oxide Electrolyte Cells (SOECs), by which the efficiency to produce hydrogen is higher than other low temperature systems. We provide Electrolyte Sheets for SOEC.
